First & Last Tracks of La Saulire
The First Track
Why not enjoy breakfast at 2,738 m (1,701 ft) altitude? Admire the first rays of the sun and be the first to lay down tracks in the fresh snowfall of the night with the First Track experience.
At the foot of Hotel AlpenRuitor in Méribel-Mottaret is the Pas du Lac cable car, which takes you to the Sommet de la Saulire, where the restaurant Les Pierres Plates welcomes you each Thursday morning from 8:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for an extraordinarily uncommon activity. On the program:
- Enjoy continental breakfast including sweet pastries, bread, and hot drinks, with an unobstructed view over the Alps.
- Then ski down the slopes in the company of professional ski patrols and experience the pleasure of being the only one on the snowy slopes of theLes Trois Vallées area.
From the Sommet de la Saulire, you have two options: to ski down to Courchevel 1850 (where you might visit our other establishment, Hôtel de La Loze) for the day, along the famous Saulire slope; or simply to return to Méribel-Mottaret and Hôtel AlpenRuitoralong the Aigle piste. You get the privilege of choosing the first run and laying down the first tracks.
The early bird gets to be first on the slopes! You enjoy special access to the slopes while your skiing buddies are still asleep.
Don’t miss: On certain dates, the Hostess of our Establishment would be delighted to accompany you on this magnificent adventure.
The Last Track
After spending a long day enjoying the ski slopes of the Les Trois Vallées area, enjoy a relaxing break before returning to Méribel-Mottaret.
Enjoy a drink with your friends or a snack with your family to make the most of the experience at the Restaurant Les Pierres Plates, located at the Sommet de la Saulire, before heading for the Last Track of the day.
In the same spirit as the First Track, every Tuesday and Thursday evening, in the company of professional ski patrols, you may enjoy the privilege of laying down the last tracks of the day as you admire the last rays of the sun. The run of 1,030 m (3,379 ft) that the Last Track experience offers is yours and yours alone!
