The fragrance of a steaming coffee, accompanied by a crispy croissant or toasted bread served with a slice of cheese and our truly delectable local cured ham. Brunch, a combination of breakfast and lunch, is the ideal way to power up and enjoy a delicious meal before starting your day at the heart of the 3 Valleys area.

At the heart of our establishment Hôtel AlpenRuitor in Méribel-Mottaret, decorated in the charming style of a Savoyard chalet, the breakfast room immerses you in a mountain atmosphere from the moment you wake up. Open from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., this is a unique setting for a brunch, where the friendliness of your hosts and the generosity of the buffet will whet your appetite. To get through the day, you might even prepare yourself a snack or sandwich “to go” from the brunch buffet!

The buffet offers a wide range of products, including:

  • Croissants, chocolate croissants and other pastries
  • Seasonal fruits
  • Savoyard cheeses
  • Local cured ham
  • Cereal
  • Toast topped with jam for parents, brunch is rich and appetising.

According to your whims, our breakfast Chef will be delighted to take your orders for pancakes served with maple syrup, scrambled or sunny-side-up eggs, or a slice of smoked bacon: the aroma will tempt your tastebuds as the food is cooked before your eyes.

You may also enjoy brunch in the privacy of your own room simply by calling reception. We’ll take care of preparing a full platter of food according to your wishes; and without even getting out of bed, you’ll enjoy sipping a freshly brewed coffee and a piping-hot pastry. What a dilemma, to choose between breakfast in bed in Méribel-Mottaret or being the first of the morning to lay down tracks in the snow!
